Our New House

This is our new house.  This picture is what was used on the house listing. When we first moved we painted almost everything on the inside.  Our front door is now painted a dark brown, which I like so much better than the color on this picture. 

We have several projects we want to do in the next few months.  One major project is finishing the basement.  It feels like we just finished the basement on the old house.  Now we are starting from scratch again!  Our first project is in our great room.  One of the walls is two stories high, it is so tall that it needs some character.  My brother in law and my dad are going to add some trim work and shelving to that wall.   That's our first project we want to complete.  My brother in law is busy with work until the first or second week of March, so we are compiling our ideas now and it should hopefully be finished by the end of March.  I'm really excited to see the finished product!!
