Olivia starts "Creative Movement" dance class on September 8th. She has always shown a passion for dance. She has watched Dancing With The Stars since she was 18 months and tried to imitate the dances. She will watch Barbie movies and dance move for move. So, since she is not going to pre-school this year I wanted to get her involved in something. We have talked it over with her and she is excited to dance. Her dancing school called "Studio Dee" held an open house 2 weeks ago. I called them a few days before the open house to get a few questions answered. We went to the open house...we spoke to the owner and an instructor and everyone seems very nice. We signed her up that day and bought her dance shoes. Creative Movement involves both tap & ballett and tumbling. She will go every Wednesday in the late afternoon for 45 minutes. There is a waiting room for parents, so Stella & I will hang out there. She asks me everyday when she will go to dance "school". I hope she is as enthusiastic about it once she gets into it. There are 12 girls per class, so I hope she will meet some new friends. Her class is for 3 and 4 year olds, so she is right in the middle.
Stella is doing great too. She had her 2 month check up on Thursday. The past two months have flown by...its very sad. She weighs 12 lbs 4 oz , and is 23" long. She is in the 80 percentile for weight and 65 percentile for height. She got 4 vaccines...3 shots and one oral. She did very well. She didn't cry when the first two shots poked her skin, but by time the nurse did the 3rd shot she cried a little. As soon as I picked her up she stopped crying. It was a lot better than I had anticipated.
We are having her baptized in October. I have to finish filling out the paperwork and return it back to our church before the date is confirmed, but when I spoke to the secretary she said the date we want is available & she penciled us in.
Her personality is really starting to show. She is cooing and smiling more and more. She mimics us when we say "Oh" and she LOVES when I blow raspberries at her. She has brought so much joy to our lives. Its amazing how much I love our two girls.

Olivia will love her class. I am happy that everything is falling into place. What week is Stella 3 months so I can look at my calendar for dates for you?
They are both such blessings..so happy for you!!
We signed Avery up for dance class on Saturday as well. She starts on the 7th.
Good thing I will see you tomorrow cause there is nothing new here.
