About a month ago our neighbors had a few trees moved and replaced. When the landscaping guy was leaving their house he stopped us (we were sitting outside) and asked if we wanted any trees. They had a few extra in the back of the truck and they were reasonably priced. Our backyard has nothing...no trees or anything, so we decided to buy one. We really should buy 2 or 3 more, but we are starting off with the one. The landscaping guy dug the hole and planted the tree right then and there! So, my goal is to get a picture of Olivia and Stella every 6 months by the tree to show how big they will get and the tree will get. Its a pear tree, so it will reach about 15-18 feet and fill out nicely. I am excited to watch it grow.
I also saw my doctor today. I am 1 1/2 cm dialated....not much, but I was nothing last week. He thinks I may still have her this week/weekend, but if she does not come on her own I am scheduled to be induced on the 17th which is a week from Thursday. He gave me the option of Tuesday (the 15th) or Thursday and I chose Thursday for a couple of reasons. The biggest reason is because Olivia's birthday is February 17th. I think it would be neat to have them both born on the 17th day. I also chose Thursday because my sister is off work and it's close to the weekend...so if I don't have her by then atleast Matt will get almost a full work week in. My mother in law is coming down this Thursday to be on standby. I hate for her to come an entire week before I have the baby, but then again I could have her at anytime.

I am so excited for you guys! I know I keep saying it, but I truely am! I can't wait to get the news that Stella is here!
That is neat about the tree. I love the picture of Olivia with it and I think 6 month pics are a great idea!
