Yep, that is the question I got from Miss Olivia yesterday. This is our conversation:
"Mommy, who's gonna get your baby out of your belly"?
Me: "My doctor"
Olivia: "But how is he going to get her out"?
Me: "Well, I will actually push her out of my belly"
Olivia: "But how are you going to push her out"?
Me: "When it's time for her to come out my belly is going to hurt really, really, really bad, so dada will take me to the doctor and I will push the baby out"
Olivia: "Oh".
I debated whether I should tell her the truth on how it all actually happens, but I didn't want to scare her either. I think if she asks again I will, but for now I think this was good.

Oh wow not a conversation I would want to have!! Good job though, hopefully she is happy with that for a few more years!
