Christmas was nice.  Christmas Eve my parents came over and we went to church with them.  We got a honeybaked ham and I fixed mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, and rolls.  It was a very good dinner.  My parents brought Olivia a couple of her presents to open on Christmas Eve and we let her open the gift from my mother in law also.  This year she really was into it, and it made it a lot more fun for us to watch her get so excited.

Christmas Day I woke up with a terrible headache.  I didn't want to get out of bed.  When Olivia woke up I didn't say anything to her about going to look under the tree.  I just wanted to close my eyes for a little while.  Apparently since I didn't say anything to her she didn't think Santa came.  She looked at me and said "Santa didn't come to my house"  it was so pitiful.  Of course we told her we needed to go look and she was happy to see he did come to our house.  All day I felt terrible, sick to my stomach and my head was pulsating.  We had plans to go to my sister's in the afternoon and I didn't know if I was going to be able to go or not.  I wound up throwing up 4 times and my headache finally went away and we were able to go to my sister's.  But it was a terrible way to spend Christmas morning.  The kids had a fun time together and Olivia and Avery got a lot of the same things (from both Santa and my parents)

The Little Mermaid costume they both are wearing was not pre planned!  Every time we go to the Disney Store Olivia asks to try that specific costume on.  We didn't want to spend $50 on it and we weren't planning on buying it (because we had already bought her two other Ariel costumes and a Belle and Tiana costume too).  Well, a week before Christmas we were at the mall and it was 40% off, so we bought it (since she was with us we had to be very sneaky about it)  We took it to Avery's house because I knew Avery was also getting and Ariel costume, I just didn't know it happened to be the same one!

I love the mermaid outfits! Caitlin stared at the photos for a long time! I think she loved them too!
Hope you are feeling better. It stinks to be sick, but especially when you're pregnant!!!
