We had a busy weekend doing things around the house. Mostly outside stuff since the past few weekends have been rainy. I bought some flowers for our front yard and bought a couple planters too. I had a couple planters at our old house that I LOVED, but Matt promised to go get them for me and he never did. I would have moved them myself, but they were heavy and I was preggers. So, I don't like these as well, but they will do. I planted all my flowers and had to go back and get more! Matt layed down some new, fresh mulch, which I love the smell! I wish mulch would keep its smell!
We are also getting ready for my grandma and aunt's visit. They are getting here Thursday late afternoon or evening. I've started to clean the house and do all the things I want done before they get here.
Olivia has her 15 month check up today! We will find out if she weighs enough to face her forward in her carseat. It seems like she says more and more everyday. And she is imitating everything she sees! This morning she got into my underwear drawer and pulled out a pair of my undies and put them on herself! HA! They fell down before I could get my camera, but it was funny! She now will run into her room and bring myself or Matt a diaper when she needs changed. She mostly does it when she has gone poo poo, but has also done it when she has peed. I don't ask her to get me one, she automatically gets one after she poops! I think we are going to buy a little potty for her. I'm not expecting her to get pottytrained anytime soon, but I think she will get the idea! If anything it will be fun for her to sit on her toilet if I'm using the potty or something.
I'm almost finished with my second book, New Moon, the sequel to Twilight. I should finish it today so I can give it back to Maria. I am hoping she will be finished with the third book, Eclipse, so I can read that!!!
Well, I am going to get Olivia dressed and we are going to run to Kohl's before her doctor appointment. Have a good say!

oh i hope it goes well. i am sure it will. if she doesn't weigh enough, don't worry. kids are much safer rear facing anyway. sawyer was almost 2 before we turned him. i asked my doctor if it was safer and she said yes but that his head was mature enoguh to take a hit facing front. we kept him rear facing until he was 22 months old. he likes front facing better anyway.
good for you on the books.
hope your visit with your family is nice
Good luck getting everything done. We went plant shopping and planted yesterday too.
I hope Olivia can turn around, they enjoy the car so much more that way.
I thought you guys were going to Matt's mom's this past weekend?? I'm looking forward to seeing Grandma and Aunt Alice. You'll have to call me to let me know what's going on because when they are in town mom kinda forgets about me!!!

I hope she can turn around too, it's so much easier to see them and they enjoy seeing you!!! We had to switch Daws a few pounds early due to the doc saying his legs were so long that it became a hazard to keep him rear facing and his neck was strong enough as well. Every baby is different so do what's best for yours girlfriend!
Matt didn't get off work early enough Friday. Its pointless to go late Friday because we'd only have Saturday the we would leave early Sunday morning.
Hope the dr's appt. went well. I know my kiddos liked looking forward than backwards so much better too!
Is the second book as good as the first?
Enjoy the visit with your family!
That's weird that you love the smell of mulch, I think it's yucky!! And Sonya enjoys skunk smell, I just don't know what's wrong with you people!!
I hope your week is going well and you're able to get done what you need to. I bet you'll have a great visit.
Great job, reading so many books!!
