Short, Sandals, and S'mores

It was so beautiful yesterday and today is BLAH! We had a great day yesterday. Olivia and I went to Crestview Hills and walked around. It was so nice out that it makes it even better to walk around outside, I love outside malls! I went to NY & Co. and bought 3 pairs of shorts, 1 pair of capris, a short sleeve sweater type thing and a purse. I really need work pants, but I couldn't find any in my size, well I found my size, but they were regular length and I need tall. So, I will have to go back in a couple weeks and hope they will get a new shipment of clothes. I then went to Victoria's Secret, I had a coupon for $10 off any bra and a free panty. I also had a gift card leftover from Christmas, so my $48 bra came to $23! I was happy.

When Olivia and I got home (Matt didn't go 'cause he had to cut the grass) Matt was finished with the yard and we went over to his friend from work house. They live about 2 miles from our house so it was nice to be so close to home. His neighborhood gets together a lot. There was probably 20 kids and 25 adults! They have a HUGE playset, trampoline, and a playhouse so the kids are in heaven. They have a firepit so we made S'mores too! YUM!! Olivia observed a lot and played a lot too. She LOVES the playhouse. They have electric hooked up and two mini-recliner chairs, so she sat in the recliner chair for a long time! When we asked her if she was ready to go home (this was around 9:30!!) she shook her head NO! She was having so much fun she didn't want to leave! There was several babies around her age too. They don't know how to play together yet, but it was nice to have so many younger babies too! There was a girl about 2 weeks younger than Olivia sitting in a stroller, Olivia went behind the stroller and started pushing it with the baby in it! It was soooo funny! Then Olivia went to the front of the stroller and was wanting the baby totake her shoes off! She shaked her feet and tryed getting her shoes off her! The wholet time Olivia was harassing her, the baby just sat there looking at her!!! There was another baby boy there who is 10 months old and he is a CHUNK! He weighs 30 pounds!!! His hands are so fat that they look like they are going to snap off!!!! His name is Gavin, so that was easy for me to remember!

Olivia really hasn't walked in grass before. I've set her in our grass and she takes a few steps, but lastnight she got the hang of it!

We finally left around 9:45 and Olivia STILL didn't want to leave, but she was konked out as soon as we got home. She had so much fun! We did too, it was nice being so close to home.

Your friend's house and neighborhood sounds amazing, all the neighbors were out playing corn hole in my hood last night! It was really cool! I love how the warm weather brings everyone together!

sounds like a wonderful day! good for you guys. it is funny how little kids like to have each other around even though they don't actually play "together".

you know half of us bloggers are dieting so talking about yummy s'mores was quite mean!!

I'm so kidding!
