Happy Birthday to Dad!!! My dad is 59 years young today! I say young because he sure doesn't look 59 (neither does my mom) and he doesn't act 59! We are having a cookout at my house today with my aunts, grandma and cousins. Matt took my dad to the movies (that is where he is now) for his birthday and I think they snuck and got Skyline without me! How dare they!!! So I have been getting prepared for the cookout all morning. I am a little stressed at the moment!
Yesterday we went to Hofbrahaus. My mom has never been there and it was my grandma and aunt's first time too. They all really like it. I love it because they have live polka/german music and they do the chicken dance and have everyone wave their drinks in the air! Its a good time. After that we walked around the levee for a little bit. Matt got Coldstone Creamery ice cream. My aunt's friend is coming over today to visit and her and her husband own a couple Coldstone franchises. Matt may try and hit her up for a lifetime gift card! Just kidding.
I will post more when I get a chance. Its a little hectic having a house full of guests! Its a little crazy trying to keep my house looking spiffy too...I know I shouldn't worry about it, but I do. I can't help it!
