Tuesday Woosday

Yesterday my dad came over. He was supposed to babysit (he typically does every Monday), but my sister's mother in law called him early yesterday morning and said she could watch Gavin and Avery. He called me around 10 am and told me he would be coming over. He got a lot done on the basement! He built the closet for the playroom. I will take pictures of the progress and post them later. He is coming back over Friday. I am so excited to actually see things getting done! It feels like its been FOREVER! I am looking forward to going downstairs and watching t.v. with carpeting and a place to put all of Olivia's toys! Plus it will be great when we have company over or when Gavin and Avery can come over and actually have a place to play! I can't wait!

Went to work today. Sometimes I feel like its such a waste of time. Dr. Williams barely even acknowledges I am there and I do and have done so much for him. I just feel unappreciated at times. Then other times, he is great. He is in a good mood, asking how things are going etc...I don't know. He did just get back from Scotland and had a really busy day so I know that has a lot to do with today, but it just is irritating at times. Besides the fact that when my friend Maria works she talks my ear off half the time and I don't get as much done as I would like! Like today!!! Oh well, she is a great person and I love her to death. Thursday it will be a waste to work because there will be another doctor in the office and all 3 computers will be occupied so I won't have anywhere to sit or do! Besides the fact that I make $3.50 LESS than what I used to make. So, now that I am working 8 hours/week my paychecks will be like $2.00 every two weeks. Not even enough to pay for my gas to get to the joint. Oh well, I guess I am getting out of the house and getting adult interaction.

Well, duty calls, I smell a poopy woopy diaper.

Sorry about your job. That stinks. Well, your most important employer, Olivia, appreciates you and everything you do. At least for now, ha!
I appreciate you too!

I can't wait to see pictures of the playroom and the whole basement. What's going to be your next project?

Oooops, sorry Carebear!!! I thought I had commented here earlier, I guess I didn't.

I knew they would eventually get on your nerves at TPSG......that place is a totaly stress box! Maybe you can find something else to do for a few hours a week that would make you happier.

Can't wait to see the basement and playroom!

Hi--I saw in Blogger Dashboard that we can locate other bloggers with similar backgrounds. I see you went to Colerain. I did also and (although many years before you, lol) graduated in 1981. Just wanted to say hi to a fellow alum! I like your blog!

Hi Melody Stacey...welcome

Sorry that the job stinks right now. Maybe it is God's way of telling you to cut that part of your life or it could be so many other life lessons. Tell us what you learned when you learn it...

The basement sounds exciting. Our basement is also finsihed and I do not know what we would do without it. Good luck.
