Well, I feel like a bad mother! Not to Olivia, but to my dog Huckleberry! Up to a month ago he's been my baby, my pride and joy! Now things have changed and I hardly spend any quality time with him! Each night I would sit on our couch, in the basement and he would lay on the ottoman by my feet. Now I never go downstairs because our basement is in the process of being finished and its WAY too cold to take the baby down there! We watch tv in our sitting area upstairs, but its not the same! I am borrowing a little 13 inch tv of my parents until we buy one that will hang on the wall. Matt has to research 7,000 tvs before making a decision on which one to buy! I really don't care, as long as it goes well with our decor and is fashionable!!!
So, back to Huckleberry, he still is my baby, but I can tell he is a little sad I am not giving him as much attention. He loves Olivia and is protective of her too! Each time she crys, he'll run to her to see what's wrong! He's such a sweet dog and will always be my little love muffin! I will post some pics of him too!!

Oh he is such a cutie! He's such a sweet dog. I warned you that he would take a back burner for a while after you had the baby! that's normal. Once Lil O is older you will get back to spendin more time with Mr. Huck
My cousin Cheryl, is a huge animal lover and will love seeing pictures of Huckleberry....she posts pix of her two adorable dogs all the time!
I felt bad for our dog when we brought Ryan home, but for about 5 minutes. She didn't care about anything but the baby. Up until she died when he was 3 she knew him as the baby. She had no clue who Ryan was. She would actually hold him, she'd lay down and let him lay on her forever. As he got older he would literal lay on her and watch whole TV shows. She loved him. Also as they start sleeping better you will get your quality time at night together. He is just too cute. I love the pics you put up. As soon as i am able to put pics up again i will put more up of my current dogs and then some of my wonderful Kelsey when Ryan was an infant. they are all on my blog some where in old post if you ever have time or want to look at them.
I think I post as many pictures of my dogs as i do my son. But they are usually pictures of them together. They are truly like his sisters. I honestly don't know what we would do without them. They are his whole world.
