Stella has been trying to figure out the whole crawling thing for about 6 weeks or so. She would try her hardest, but would fall flat. Finally after weeks of practice on January 20, 2011 she got down on the floor and took off! She's is fast too. If I am in my bedroom and sh is in Olivia's room she will seek me out....its very cute. I had her in her room on Wednesday and I had to go into my bedroom for something. I go in to check on her and she is gone! It freaked me out a little bit, but I looked down the hall and she was peeking into the entryway. As soon as I said her name she turned around and got a big grin on her face. She turned her cute little self around and crawled to me.
She is also pulling herself up....on EVERYTHING! Its a little nervewrecking to watch her discover the world around her, but she is doing well with it. She had one bad fall the other day. She pulled herself up on my vanity door in my bathroom (I was getting ready) she lost her balance and hit her precious little forehead on the door. It bruised immediately. She's got a goose egg, but its only been one day and it already looks better.
