We had a great time at homecoming on Saturday. We left a little later than originally planned, but we were there in plenty of time. We got to campus around 9:15 am and met up with our friends at the KD house. We watched the parade and I got see our friends baby, Joey, who we visited in June. He's 5 months old now and is so big! Last time I saw him he was 9 weeks old! Brandy's mom picked Joey up after the parade...he didn't go to the game. After the parade we hung out at the ATO house for a little while. It brought back so many memories of going to parties and being 19 years old again! We usually hang out at Woody's (a bar), but Buzzy who owns Woody's filed bankruptcy earlier this year and the bar is out of business, so we obviously weren't able to go to Woody's.
We went to DuBois Bookstore and we bought Olivia a pink hooded sweatshirt and I bought myself a UC t-shirt. After all that it was time for the game. We have season tickets, but we sat in the student section. Only because a bunch of our friends were sitting in the student section and its a little more fun than sitting with the old people who hold season tickets :) The game was great and it was a fun time. The sun was hot and it was hard to see 'cause I wore only one contact with sunglasss! Between Brandy, Matt, and Heather I had 3 seeing eye people. I had to hold onto Brandy's shoulder when we were walking down to our seats otherwise I would have fell!
In case you don't know the Bearcats won 13-10...We are now 5 and 1! Whoo hoo!
