We are one of the lucky few who have power. Our power went out around 2 pm on Sunday and came back on at 8:15 Sunday evening. 6 hours was long enough to not have any electricity, so I feel so bad for my parents and my sister who still have nothing. My poor sister doesn't have water either.We did have some damage (top picture) Our siding flew off of our house. It flew into our neighbor's yard and he came over asking if it was our siding. I didn't think it was our siding until I went over and looked and saw it sure enough was!
The other pictures are of the horsefarm. They had 5 trees that lost limbs or fell down. Its amazing how much we take for granted with having electricity!

Not having electricity definately sucks!!! I am too spoiled for this crap!!! It's sad to see all of the trees down too. I hope you can get your siding fixed soon!
Sorry that you sustained damage! I hope that your sister's water and electric come back today as well as your parents! I am so glad that none of you were hurt.

Carebear, that stinks! We have a whole pile of soffet that fell off our house that we have to have put back on......I feel soo bad for the people who are still going thru this crap! I can't even imagine a real hurricane after this! I keep filling up jugs of water and putting in the fridge for ice and I drive it to Sonya's house so she can keep a little bit of food and milk cold.
Oh I am sorry your siding flew off. we have tons of trees and branches down. And we just got our power back at 3am today!
