Proud Mama

As soon as Olivia started giving things to me, whether its a toy, a pen, or lint from her clothes I always tell her 'Thank You' when she hands something to me. I started saying this early early on. I don't know when and it was automatic to say it. Well, its starting to pay off because she is starting to tell me (or whoever is giving her something) Thank you.

Today we went over to my friend Jamie's house. She has 3 kids and she also babysits a little girl. Her youngest, Jonathan, gave Olivia his Lightning McQueen car. When he gave it to Olivia she told him 'Thank You'! OH I WAS BEAMING! I am so proud of her for telling him thank you I could just scream!

I am a proud mommy today!!!

What a polite little girl. Kids learn so much by watching what we do, how we treat them and other people! good for both of you!

Smart girl! Now you really have to watch the bad habits too, because they pick those up even quicker!!!
