I am looking for good book reading recommendations. I was at the library last Wednesday and tryed looking around, but Olivia was running all over, so it was hard for me to concentrate. I like fiction mostly, but I am up to reading anything that is good. I will be going tomorrow again for Olivia's story time and look around afterwards...so if you could leave any recommendations and a little review of the book in the comments I will love you forever!

no clue, i am sorry
Anything by Jodi Picoult. I am reading my third book by her right now. So far I've read My Sister's Keeper (about a family with a daughter that has leukemia, so the parents decide to have another baby to be the bone marrow donor for the sister - the story is about the donor sister at age 13 who takes her parents to court for the right to deny giving her sister her kidney that she now needs - tearjerker, but very good). The second one I read by Jodi Picoult is 17 Minutes, which is a about a school shooting and how it effects two different families in particular. The one I'm reading now is Change of Heart and I'm about halfway though that - it's a tearjerker with some religous undertones. I've heard that pretty much every book by her is awesome and so far that's been correct for me.
and those are trus stories amy?
No, they're fiction. I meant to type "fiction" in my post, but then later realized I typed "non-fiction". This was after your comment. I really like FICTION! My mistake!
I just started reading Mary Higgins Clark. They are pretty good mysteries and I read them pretty fast. I love all Stephen King and Dean Koontz. Oh also James Patterson, I just started him too.
If you want a mystery/thriller type book Stalker by Faye Kellerman is really good. If you want something romance-y with a bit of suspense I love The Guardian by Nicholas Sparks. I got teary and it kept me on the edge of my seat. I would recommend that one first, it was super good. Nora Roberts is good also. I am reading the Friday Night Knitting Club which Kellie reviewed a few weeks ago on her blog, and I am starting Saturday at Tiffany's (I think that is what it is called) by James Patterson soon. My sister read it and said it was a tear jerker.
Both The Guardian and Stalker were ones that when I finished I was sorry the books were over.
I hope that you find something that you like!!!
I second Nora Roberts or James Patterson as well. Nora Roberts does a good thriller mixed with some romance. I just read The Quickie by James Patterson and it was so good that I finished it in two nights.
I just read "inside my heart" my Robin McGraw and I loved it!!! Oh, it's soooo good! My mother inlaw is reading it now!
"The Memory Keeper's Daughter" is excellent - fiction, but the plot is too involved to put here. "The Deep end of the ocean" is excellent - about a family who's little boy is missing. "In the time of the butterflies" is fantastic - based on the true story of the mirabel sisters - freedom fighters in the dominican republic. it's a story about family, religion, and how normal people do heroic things. if you like fantasy, the Dragonlance series is great. I can reread it over and over. For non-fiction, "help yourself" by dave peltzer is very inspirational in a down to earth way
for romance/mystery, i like anything by Nora Roberts, and Tami hoag mysteries are always unpredictable, but kind of graphic
I like Nora Roberts as well. Also, I like Janette Oke as well.
