Olivia's 1st birthday is about 7 weeks away, but I am starting to think of things for her birthday. I've started a guest list and I've been looking online for invitations. Its her 1st birthday so of course I want to go all out for her and make it as memorable for us as possible. I can't believe how fast the time has gone. We were at Johnny's Toys the other day and I signed her up for the birthday club. I always loved the little castle and getting a key to open the door to pick a gift. Matt asked me while we were there if I was excited or sad for her birthday and I told him "A little bit of both" with tears in my eyes!
I am excited to plan everything and I always have a "To Do" list for our house whenever we have a party so I will look forward to getting things done. It still is hard for me to believe 2008 is Tuesday...where did 2007 go? I feel like Olivia was just born, and its not possible to be planning her birthday already. Unfortunately the year has flown by and she will be 1 before I know it.
We were at Wal-Mart earlier today and the cash register lady said "How old is she, 7 months"? I giggled and said "no, 10 months going on 11". She said "Wow, she's little" Just the way I like it! I like that she's petite!!!

Oh how sad and exciting for you. I remember Ryan's first birthday party like it was yesterday. I remember it more than any other. Good Luck and have fun. This is the first of so many to come!
oh it is hard but so exciting too. you especially should feel happy because you get to have more babies to get their first birthdays too.
First birthday parties are fun! I love it when the 1-year old dives into the cake! Gavin just picked at his but I had to give Avery a bath afterwards because she was COVERED in pink icing (you probably remember!)
