I have spent the past two days re-organizing Olivia's closet and dresser. With all the clothes Amy gave me it was easiest just to start from scratch. I have been taking pictures of my progress. I am still working on it so it may be awhile until I can post the before and after pictures.
I ran out of hangers so I ran to Wal-Mart today and bought 80 hangers. I think I'll have enough, with a couple to spare. I thought her closet was jammed packed before! A lot of her clothes she won't be able to wear for AT LEAST another year or two, but its easier on me to have everything in her closet and her dresser. That way I can take things out as she outgrows 'em rather than remembering to go thru storage bins of clothes that are put away for future use. I would forget to do that and she would miss out on wearing cute outfits!
I seriously have been working on her room a lot today and yesterday and it looks like I haven't touched it. I think a tornado ripped thru without me seeing it!!!! It has been a little challenging because there are times when Olivia is wanting me to hold her or play with her inbetween feeding her and changing her diapers so I am doing what I can!!

Oh I love doing that!!! It will feel good when you are all done! Can't wait to see the pictures!!!
I love that kind of organizing too.
It is hard to be a good mommy when your mind is on a shorter term project. i am horrible at ignoring my kids telling myself it is almost over. I love projects that have an end in sight. good luck and share those pics when you are done!!
