My Birthday Celebration

We went out to dinner lastnight with my family to celebrate my birthday. We went to Outback, one of my favorites! It was a very nice dinner and afterwards we went to this little pet store so my niece and nephew could look at some animals. There was a mouse that just had babies! They were so little and cute! Although there was a teeny tiny one all by himself and it was the only one that didn't have any hair and it was all pink, it was the size of my fingernail!

I ran back into Outback to use the restroom and as I was walking out I ran into an old friend of mine from work...FARRAH!!!! We haven't spoke or seen eachother in about a year and a half, I did send her a birth announcement so she knew about Olivia. She got divorced and is now dating a new guy whom she seems very happy with. Her boyfriend has a little boy of his own and Farrah seems to be doing really well with everything. She moved out of her house (she lived literally 5 minutes from me) and she built a condo in Covington. I promised her I would call her to catch up and I am looking forward to talking to her more. Even though we had our little spiff I always considered Farrah a good friend. So, it was a good thing I had to go back into Outback to pee, otherwise who knows when I would have ran into her!!

Today our neighborhood is having a huge neighborhood sale, so I think I am going to get dressed and walk Olivia around to see if I find any good finds. I am not a yard sale person, at all, but since this is in my neighborhood I thought it won't be so bad to walk around! I might find something worth my while!
