Work Smerk

Matt and I are STILL in discussions with my work situation! I am all for going back, after thinking long and hard I think it will be good for me to get out a couple days a week and its only going to be 4 hours each day I work. But Dr. Williams was originally wanting me to come back 16 hours a week, he told me I could basically work whatever hours that work best for us...I told him I will get back to him once we have everything finalized. Matt is going to see if he can go in an hour later each day I work so he can stay home with Olivia and when I get home he'll go to work. Well, we were talking this morning and now Matt wants me to only work 12 hours! Which makes me happy, I can handle 12 hours better than 16!!! So I called Dr. Williams and asked if he would be ok with 12 hours and he said yes, but were still trying to figure out which days will be best for me to work. It will be 3 4 hour days, so I guess we'll figure it out sometime this week. Also today Matt applied for a new position at work (he loves to move around and up at his job, heck he's qualified for almost any position with as many licenses he has) and he said if he were to get this position I won't have to work very long because the new position would put him in a better position to get a better position for more money. Its all a bunch of waiting and seeing, but like I said I don't have a problem going to work 12 hours a week. Especially since it will be in the morning. By time we figure this all out I'll be ready to have another baby!!! Just kidding, I want to wait until Olivia turns 2 to start trying for number 2!!!
